Mr. Schmidt is a Professional Land Surveyor with over 40 years of experience in most areas of the profession as well as project management and is a co-owner of Berglund, Schmidt & Associates, Inc. He has performed numerous Boundary Record of Surveys, Boundary Line Adjustments, Subdivision Plats, mapping projects from 1 acre to 300 acres, A.L.T.A. Surveys, Condominium Surveys, Route and Right-of-Way Surveys, G.I.S. basemapping, WADNR Aquatic Leases, construction surveying, and FEMA Elevation Certificates. Mr. Schmidt is also responsible for a Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission Master Contract for 4 counties.

Ms. DeVaul has assisted on numerous Civil Engineering projects in the Grays Harbor and Pacific County. She has completed the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Process Training on May 30, 2019 and has assisted in 12 Phase I ESAs. Prior to her employment at Berglund, Schmidt & Associates, Ms. DeVaul worked as an Engineering Project Assistant for the Site Facilities Engineering Department at Hewlett-Packard Co. (HP) in Corvallis, Oregon from 1990 to 1998. At HP she assisted on numerous site engineering projects including building construction, system upgrades, and “tool” (manufacturing equipment) installations.
