He has performed numerous Boundary Record of Surveys, Boundary Line Adjustments, Subdivision Plats, mapping projects from 1 acre to 300 acres, A.L.T.A. Surveys, Condominium Surveys, Route and Right-of-Way Surveys, G.I.S. basemapping, WADNR Aquatic Leases, construction surveying, and FEMA Elevation Certificates. Mr. Schmidt is also responsible for a Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission Master Contract for 4 counties.
